More About Volunteering
The Eden Prairie Girls Basketball Association (EPGBA) is an all-volunteer group of Eden Prairie citizens who help girls from kindergarten through 12th grade learn about and participate in the game of basketball.
EPGBA offers an In-House and a Travel program as well as numerous player and coaches clinics, tournaments, and other events (such as U of M Women's Gopher Basketball night, varsity sisters, & passes to EPHS home games) to promote and support the girls basketball experience in Eden Prairie.
The EPGBA is governed by a Board of Directors that meets every third Sunday of the month (except November, December, and February) to conduct its business. The time and location of regular board meetings are posted on the EPGBA website. Anyone interested in contributing to the girls basketball program in Eden Prairie is welcome to attend board meetings.
EPGBA needs for volunteers to help run its various activities. A great way to learn about our basketball programs and contribute to the EPGBA is to join a working committee. Committees include the following: travel, in-house, registration, tournament, marketing/publicity, etc. Please contact one of the EPGBA Officers (see 'Board' tab on the left) to find out more about where your efforts and talents are most needed. Thank you!
