EPGBA Announces 2014 Scholarship Recipients!

Congratulations to Lindsey Hiepler and Katie Tomlinson who were presented their Scholarship Certificates and checks for $1,000 on May 15th at the EPHS Awards Ceremony.  EPGBA offers any EPHS Senior who has played basketball in either the In-House (K-12) or Travel (Grades 4-8) programs the opportunity to apply for this scholarship.  EPGBA has been supporting our senior athletes with scholarships for the past 10 years.  Good luck to both Lindsey and Katie as they graduate from EPHS.  We know they will both be successful as they transition to their respective college campuses in the fall!

 

 

 

 
 
 
 
 
Karly Knutson & Claire Willeck were announced as the 2011 EPGBA scholarship award recipients at the EPHS scholarship awards night held on May 19, 2011.
 
These young women were selected based on their written essay, interview with the scholarship committee, their academic accomplishments, extracurricular and community involvement, and their basketball playing & volunteer experience.
 
Karly and Claire, exemplify what it is to be a student/athlete role model to the young girls in our program and on behalf of the EPGBA board of directors we celebrate their outstanding basketball careers, their community contributions, and their impressive academic accomplishments.
 
The EPGBA board of directors is proud of our scholarship winners and wishes them well in their collegiate endeavors.

During the EPHS awards banquet held on May 20, 2010, four former players of the EPGBA were awarded scholarships from the EPGBA board of directors. 

 

 

 
Maddie Lenker & Claire Hamilton each received $1,000 and Nicole Foyt & Karin Gibson each received $500.
 
These young women were selected based on their written essay, interview, GPA & extracurricular involvement, basketball playing & basketball volunteer experience and finally community involvement. The EPGBA is proud of these outstanding young women and wishes them well in their collegiate endeavors.
