EPGBA Spring Basketball

It's time to start thinking Spring basketball! 
Registration opens the first week of February
 

EPGBA Spring basketball program is designed to give 3rd-8th grade players the opportunity to further develop their basketball skills after completion of the winter season along with giving In-House players a chance to experience travel basketball.

3/4th grade:
Saturday, January 28th, 10:45 AM (between 3/4th grade games) at Oak Point, Cafeteria
Saturday, February 4th, 10:45 AM (between 3/4th grade games) at Oak Point, Cafeteria

5/6th Grade:
Tuesday, January 31st, 7:00 PM at Oak Point, gym

7/8th Grade:
Thursday, February 2nd, 7:15 PM at Oak Point, gym

Focus will be for the grade noted, however parents are welcome to attend any session that works best for them.

The continued success of EPGBA depends on you! At the end of this season we have several board members rolling off as their daughters are in 8th grade and will be graduating from our program. Here’s your chance to play an active role in defining our association by filling one of the following roles for 2017.  Everyone is invited to our Annual Board meeting on Sunday, March 19th 7:00 PM at the Eden Prairie Community Center to learn more.

Trusted Coaches

The Eden Prairie Girls Basketball Association (EPGBA) is a member of Trusted Coaches which is an online youth coach's training/educational program.  Coaches will receive first-aid training, concussion instruction, a nationwide criminal background check and be certified in the Positive Coaching Alliance Double-Goal Coach® character education course. Upon completion, coaches are issued a Trusted Coach Membership Card and placed on the Trusted Coaches National Registry.
